We offer several shipping methods and rates based on your location and order size. Our standard shipping methods include:
- Economy Shipping : This shipping method usually takes 5-8 Business Days
- Standard shipping: This shipping method usually takes 3-4 business days for delivery.
- Economy Shipping Rate $4.90
- Standard Shipping Rate $6.90
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package, shipping destination, and shipping method. You can see the shipping rates during the checkout process.
- Processing time
We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. However, processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or for custom orders. We will notify you if there are any delays with your order.
- Shipping restrictions
We currently ship within the United States and to select international locations. Please check with us if you are unsure whether we can ship to your location.
- Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your package. You can track your package through the carrier's website.
- Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and ensure that you receive a replacement package or a refund.
